I was there when I was 11 years old. Now I'm in my late thirties and still remember a lot. What I can recall would probably surprise many people who knew me back then. To this day, the people I knew, worked with and talked with were the greatest bunch of people I've ever known. God bless them all, wherever they may be. What I wouldn't give to see them all again. If anybody who was a patient or worked in the Head Injury Unit in the spring/ summer of 1989 reads this, write back to me or look me up on Facebook.
Hola soy de Puerto Rico y tuve a mi hijo por dos meses y fue muy buena la experienzia lo lamente que el seguro médico de aca sss privado no de el gobierno no me pago más tiempo a los dos meses después mi hijo Jorge pesaba el doble ya que aqui en Puerto Rico ni existen lugares especializados ni escuelas bueno nada y tampoco el Departamento de Salud ayuda mucho aca. Wonderful place!!! It's been a few years since I was there for therapy for my RND, but I think about my time there, a lot! Was inpatient there not only once, but twice and I couldn't have asked for better care and help with my condition.
TCI saved my daughter's life. She received excellent treatment on the 4sp unit. My entire family learned so many things to help her live a healthier life. She has now lost 108 lbs and still loosing. Also the support they offer for school settings is excellent. My relationship with TCI is life long support dor my daughter. Thank you TCI FOR EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS.
Soon after turning 20, I was here with brain trauma. In two months I'll be 24 and I'm married now. I was only here for two weeks, but those two weeks will always be a cornerstone in my life. I know that in those two weeks, my therapists got me where I am today. The staff is all amazing. Highly recommend for any parent who's child is in need of treatment.
