Bad hospital for baby the doctor. Can't do anything to help people they want take money and work money from the insurance side. THE doctor can't do anything if u have a baby don't came to the this hospital because the doctor trying to find other trouble not the baby's problem
July 1st 2026 was the first time in many, many, years that I had to be in the CHOP ER with my disabled son. Staff wasted no time seeing him and getting him in the back. This was my number one hope over Penn as he is a 21 year old young adult. I thought I would be here with him long, but not very long. 10 plus hours later and I decided to go to the cafeteria. Wonderful medical services, terrible billing staff. Thank you for taking care of us during our emergency visit. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding medical care provided by the doctors and nurses. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication were exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hospital to all parents. Especially the nurses were very kind and supportive.
