We are waiting to hear that Justina is back with her parents and getting the care she needs - the care that had her ice skating before BCF took her from her parents. Please allow her parents to make the medical decisions for her - she does not belong to the BCH.
Justina Pelletier's dilemma is the most shocking display of child abuse by a hospital and denial of due process right by a state I have ever heard. Shame on you Boston Children's Hospital! Hopefully, when this is over someone at your facility will go to jail for the crimes you have committed.

Unbelievable abuse of authority! Tufts is not exactly an unknown facility and the parents simply followed the advice of their experts and , having another daughter with this same condition, have no reason to doubt the diagnosis. I am appalled at the Nazi/Soviet behavoir of the goons who call themselves doctors at this hospital. Those in charge of the Pelletier girl should be arrested and have their medical licenses revoked. How dare you kidnap a child because your fallible neurologist's diagnosis disagrees with Tufts? What egregious egomania you suffer from! No one should ever bring their child to this hospital.
