Let Justina go. She's not a medical experiment she's a human being! All who approved of this kidnapping from the hospital director down to the so called drs "treating" her beed to be fired, lose their liscenses, and go to prison. Get her out of the psychiatric ward and off those God awful meds.
The laws to allow the hospital to take custody of a child were put there to save children who are actually being abused. The gross misuse of these laws to take a child from a loving and stable home, from parents who did nothing but bruise the ego of the doctor they disagreed with is deplorable!! I think BCH should be closed down and the doctors should be jailed. Psychiatric diagnoses for a child when she has a physiological disease is in-humane.
Just think parents, you take your child to get them help and wind up losing them to doctors with a God complex. Stay away from here!
I think your facility shouldn't be shut down but instead a major structure change. Your practices ruined a family and refused someone of a second opinion. Kidnapping is what those people did and every single person involved needs to be charged as such.
