The nurses are fantastic. It’s management. They treat you like absolute GARBAGE and don’t care how long an employee has been there. This place is falling apart. If you work there and they treat you like this, just imagine how they treat a patient/patients family.
got here at 915 its 10am still havent seen a dr. the dr is literally sitting in his office on the lap top do not come here. staff is rude and so are the doctors.
Dr. Estep is something else rude person. some of the nurses need people skills .
First of all we couldn’t understand the Dr , I had to call the next day and have the nurse tell me what was going on with her .. They said she had cellulitis four days later( after it got a lot worse and bigger )I had to take her to the ER & it was NOT cellulite it was poison ivy.....😡🤬
Withholding my son’s medical records and giving me the run around. I have had nothing but problems with this office; from the front desk to the doctors themselves. Highly unprofessional.
If we are talking about the staff and nurses, it's great! My last experience at the clinic wasn't such a pleasant one. The doctor my daughter saw was extremely rude and rough with my daughter. I also found him equally as rude to the nurse. Something he might need to think about, the walls are thin, and your only as good as you treat the staff you have. I hope Dr. Estes reads this and realizes, the staff and nurses deserve better.
We been waiting for 45 min watching people get here and wait 5 min and get called !!! After reading the reviews I realize that’s just how they run this place ! Look elsewhere....
My 1yr old and I had an appointment at 10. We arrived early and waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes!! People who just arrived went back to be seen before us! I kept asking if we were even on the list! The lady up front kept saying there are other sick children to be seen.. “just a few more minutes..” LIKE WHAT ARE WE? We got pushed to the back.. and later on I found out that I was taken off the list and the women up front didn’t even acknowledge me! Or care! I’m not one to be mad about something.
