We were looking for a Reuban and we found this amazing jewel! We did not dine in as we had to get back on the highway due to the storm, but we were assisted with the menu and not rushes to order. The food came out in a timely fashion. I did ask for sweet potatoes fries as a side for one of the sandwiches. I got the waffle fries instead which I was far from upset about! They were delish! We were happy... The End! �
Anytime we are in Chicago we make it a point to eat at the Chicago Diner. And sometimes the point of the trip is going to the Diner.
Really enjoyed the food! Great prices and recieved a lot of food!!! My friend and I shared our plate and still had food left over!! Cozy environment and friendly staff! Busy on a Sunday- BUT did not have to wait! Always a plus! ❤️✨

My wife and I dine at the Logan Square spot often, but we have darkened the Halsted location. Fantastic place with a great staff and some truly wonderful food. The old school VCR at the bar rocks. Even non-vegetarians like it so give 'em your trade....
I've never tried anything here I didn't crave the next day! Seriously. Must tries: Thai chili wings, spicy chickn sandwich, biscuits and gravy
