Speaking to Elizabeth over the phone was horrendous. She had no manners, was very rude, and had a nasty tone. I was just trying to get information about my loved one. If she’s someone who is “in charge” she shouldn’t be talking to people on the phone in that manner
Greetings! I have been living at the Chelsea for six months. If you are considering a similar decision, I enthusiastically support your thinking. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. An added incentive is the extent to which the support staff will continually seek feedback as to your satisfaction level. I have two sisters in assisted living at The Chelsea of Brookhaven. When they had an accident and required assisted living, I researched a number of facilities before choosing The Chelsea. The primary reason were that it is within easy visiting distance for many family members, and even more important, the quality of the staff at the facility. It has been 7 months and I do not regret my decision even slightly.
