I'm biased. I love it here. The staff, management, and owners define hospitality. The food...oh, yeah! I've been cooking since I was seven. The chef and his staff knock it out of the park.
I enjoy the Chelsea each time I visit New Bern! Love it!
Good food served in an updated older building. There just aren't enough Chelsea's in the world!

Awesome Valentines dinner Saturday night! Chris, Sean and the rest of their staff handled the huge crowd with ease. Great food and service as always. Our most favorite place to dine, not just on special occasions.
Had surf & turf tonight. Our Valentine Dinner. It was Absolutely Superb!!! Do you always have this dish?
