This was an exquisite restaurant, best we've been to In a while! Every dish was made to perfection and very delicious, when we are back in new Bern we will be at this restaurant for sure !

We were recommended The Chelsea by town locals. We are from Charlotte NC and came to New Bern for the weekend. This was by far the best place we have been too! Great drinks, awesome service, food was beyond delicious. Highly recommend the brussel sprout salad! To die for! We will be back soon and this will be our first stop!

Are you kidding....The Chelsea is Top Notch ... I've Never been there and had anything short of the Best....Best Service...Best tasting food...Best atmosphere..I'd say the Chelsea is by far the finest place to dine in NewBern NC!

I had shrimp and grits and it was maybe the best have ever had! The service was not the best!!
First visit. We loved the Caesar Salad, Fried Green Tomatoes, Duck Confit Egg Roll, And Cream of Crab Soup. Nice beer selection, too. All apps were great. Nice ambience, and clean.
