shrimp and grits were awesome!
Went to the Chelsea once again, and once again...... outstanding all the way around. Service exceptional, owner visited our table, bus boy excellent, server and hostess were perfectly professional. Best food in Craven County. Always an A++. Try the shrimp and grits and the shrimp/chicken risotto paella. Actually, try everything!!!!!!

I had the BBQ Chicken with the rice substituted the grits but it was good.Would recommend it again!!
Terrific food and great location. I think the service was having an "off night" but that's not the norm.
While visiting New Bern for the first time I had the opportunity to dine at the Chelsea restaurant. The service was great and the food was awesome!
