The Chelsea catered my daughters wedding at Carolina Colours on October 20th, 2018. We were incredibly pleased with the food and staff. They surpassed our expectations with our choices and the production of their spectacular culinary cuisine. Every guest enjoyed their meal. They paid attention to any requests we had, above and beyond~I have been in the Hospitality buisness for over 35 years, they stand out.
