Excellent food, excellent servers, excellent ambiance!! Just wish they would build a Cheesecake Factory in Rockford, IL.
There was no wait. We had an excellent server. The food & cheesecake was fantastic as always. My daughter in law, myself, & my 2 year old granddaughter who everyone adored had an amazing time. Everything we ordered from grilled cheese to salmon was excellent.
Three of us (2 adults and I 1 child) were seated shortly after 5 pm - yet our experience didn't end until almost 730. Waiter took forever and then was MIA - food was disappointing too. Kind of a bummer.
Richard and I always enjoy the classic burger when we have dinner here. It is always cooked to perfection and the servers always are happy to accommodate are need for extra catsup, lemon wedges for our water and sautéed onions instead of grilled onions...we will be back!
