This was our first time at the Chatwal and we will definitely be back. Everything was superb, especially the service. We booked the Broadway package which included dinner at the Lamb's Club, limo to/from the theater and drinks after. It was top notch. We were upgraded to the suite with patio, fruit and a bottle of wine were in our room. I am a travel agent and will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients. Can't wait to go back!

First time here and we absolutely loved it! Everyone on staff was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate! Top notch, superior service. Room was specious and meticulous. The Lambs Club restaurant was outstanding. We cannot wait to come back!
