We were here for the first time & absolutely loved it especially the service. They make you feel so welcome. I was impressed with the level of detail in the room & the bathroom. Very well done & our stay was very comfortable. I loved the heated toilet seat. I also loved that everything was within walking distance & especially the Times Square. We will be back definitely.
Everything about this place was 5 star. Everyone was attentive to our every need. The room was very nice and we overall had a lovely experience.
