Love this place
This place was fantastic from everyone in Valet to front desk to every restaurant every staff member goes above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten to experience the spa but next time for sure. Definitely a great and relaxing birthday weekend staycation.
Not the best experience. Upon arrival at 6pm I noticed the AC made a loud noise. It was consistent and Bevis the wall. Maybe a drip? Called the front desk who was very attentive and said he would send up engineering. Went out for dinner and drinks and arrived at 11:30pm. The AC didn't make a noise but it was HOT despite being set on 68°F. It was at least 74. Engineering was for the night and the best the front desk staff could do was offer to switch rooms...at 11:30pm. Engineering knew they did not fix the problem six hours ... read more
