Contacted George regarding a property he had listed. Came off a rude and condescending. When I explained my buying status he said he didn’t want to waste his time. I explained I’m approved by lender and have minimum 20% cash down and for closing on hand. Said he would only deal with cash buyers. In todays market I don’t waste my time unless you have cash. This person called me and I explained my clients position. Because I told him the truth rather than what he wanted to hear he has logged on here and misrepresented the conversation. He told me he had a house he needed to sell in Florida to buy my clients home. I told him that my client would not have to consider an offer with a house to sell. He DID NOT like me telling him that.
