So far everything is calm and mutual respect reigns between us
I lived there 5 years. They change management 3 times or pretend so they can raise the rent. One time they raised rent on all the properties $500 dollars in one month . And now if u ever have to buy out of your lease . They charge u 3 months rent. Most places are 2 months. And they changed there office hours to 10-5 most people work during that time .
