Here are the key issues I faced: Package Theft: Packages are frequently stolen, and management failed to take meaningful steps to improve security or address the issue despite multiple complaints from residents. If you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to stay, sure. It is in a good area for commuters, but —- be warned. Parking is a nightmare, have guest or family over? Be ready to pay $2 an hour PER CAR. Forget to pay? Car is towed in the hour. It’s a disgusting mentality to have to pay for parking when there is so much empty spaces. Also, have a problem in your place? We love evereything that the chase has to offer. The staff is the sweetest. The space that we are in it’s hard to leave every time we have to go to work. The staff is very attentive, the gym is small but it has everything you need. 10/10
It’s a scam! We found this apartment on Zillow and sent an inquiry. Almost immediately, Frank reached out and quoted the apartment we selected for $2550/mo and scheduled a tour for us to see it a few days later. We are moving from out of state so the time we took to go to the appointment was valuable. It’s sad when you contact the management office regarding a noise complaint for over a year and there is no resolution besides the one time they actually responded to me and the neighbor came down banging on my door because they directly told them it was me complaining. Maintenance issue after maintenance issue. My ceiling was leaking for over 2 weeks before they actually did something to fix it, after half my belongings were ruined.
