Everyone in the office was extremely helpful in making sure my move-in went smoothly and that I felt comfortable and situated. Ana was a huge help, guiding me through every step of the process and showing me exactly where to go on move-in day. Katherine was also amazing, helping me set up my National Grid account and internet service. I truly appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service from the entire team!
I submitted this work order request 2 months ago. Nobody ever came out to fix or even look at my dishwasher. But you left a message saying you fixed it.
Packages getting stolen!!! And when you complain to leasing office they do nothing! They don’t care! I see a lot of people complain about stolen packages and no one cares from leasing office! I’m not first one who’s complaining about it! I live next building to leasing office ( 15 Parkside place) and there are no cameras at entry level! Can you pay attention for this issue please!!!!!! Please DO SOMETHING!
