EDIT: THEY DELETED MY REVIEW SO IM POSITING AGAIN. Look at this email we just received. Management has come up with some “improvements” that are actually just incredibly inconvenient disasters. They removed the key fob and replaced it with a universal code — making the building far less secure, conveniently right after someone was literally slashed with a machete in the pool area — and now they’re moving all package lockers to the main building. You live in this complex with a lot of tension and stress monthly water sewer bills is insane and a big? And it is extremely expensive. My average monthly water bill is $180. They go up till $230 and down 170 something Which is incredibly high and they don’t make any sense. . My move out experience was terrible. They do not appreciate any residence good bad doesn’t matter to them. I had nightmares monthly payment (( with water, sewer)) you’ll never know how much you gonna pay!!!! Although they claim they have water meter, but it’s still a scam!!!!!!! Receiving packages is a nightmare as I have lots of packages during my stay were stolen and they cost over $1000 and they will never open the camera for you unless you have a police report and this is happening a lot. If I could give 0 stars I would. Regarding safety issues garage gates are broken and anyone can get into the garages where vehicles are vandalized and stolen. The "secure" code was posted and anyone could have access to the building and they said they would change it within 24 hours... 3 weeks later they still havent changed it. I emailed the entire management staff regarding safety concern and they all ignored my emails and calls. Maintenance also just ignores issues and doesn't fix any request you put in.
