I do not recommend Victoria. Her communication wasn't good and I felt like she was on the buyers side more than mine. It felt like she was just in it to make her commission and wasn't really looking out for my best interest as a seller. I wasn't notified of when my closing date got moved, I wasn't notified that a mobile notary would cost me more money (I had used one before and it didn't cost me a single cent), and on top of that she wasn't even there for signing.
