If I can give a "zero" star, I would. Property is new but the management team is very incompetent. Average rent is $1000 and yet parking is terrible at especially at weekends. So many rules like it is a hostel, can not have more than 2 guest per apartment at the pool, which is ridiculous for a $1000 monthly rent. Management team are a control freak. The staff were very polite but they do discriminate! If you're black don't apply because they are going to say you have been declined within hours of applying! Then they will have the regional manager calling back after going through a hard time wanting to make a deal!! These people should be investigated because what they're doing is not right !
