Got married there-- greatest time and party I've ever had!
The Chalfonte has become my family's favorite vacation destination. I highly recommend trying this home away from home, cozy, friendly Inn. You won't be disappointed. Fabulous food, easy beach access, near the quaint downtown, comfortable inviting porches, lots of live music, and the staff-they are wonderful!!
Unpretentiously elegant. Absolutely one of those "must do's" in cape may, even if you dont stay overnight there The public is encouraged, invited and welcomed to hang out on the porch rockers with a refreshment from the king eddie to people watch & listen to the best live music in cape may. Another family favorite when we are in cape may is to have a casual fine dining night al fresco on the porch or inside at the Magnolia restaurant. Our family summer isnt complete without at least one visit to the Chalfonte a year.
Love, love, love The Chalfonte! Our daughter got married here June 4th and it could not have been more wonderful. Our guests all agreed! My husband and I love sitting on the porch on a summer evening, or enjoying dinner in the Magnolia Room. All around terrific hotel!
