Abysmal. We have a rotating door of property managers. You never know from literal week to week who will be working. It's not worth learning their names anymore or introducing yourself. In the time we've lived here there has been a MINIMUM of 10 property managers ranging from a week to almost a year. Sarah was THE best and only effective one to date. Absolute worst apartments ive ever stayed in maintenance is very pickie on when they want to fix things. I had mold on my ceiling from the day I moved in and i was 8 months pregnant it took a 1 month after having my baby for them to even think about fixing it. There was a bird in my wall for 5 months crapping I called everyday they didn’t answer and when they did they would just a attitude with me. Pretty nice place. A friend lives here and it’s always quiet when I visit. No loud neighbors, which is a definite plus. Maintenance is pretty good, they visited while I was there a while back, they acted professional and got the job done. I haven’t spoken with the office staff, but my friend said they’re nice and professional as well.
