The interior and exterior of the buildings are disgusting. There’s puddles of water, dog poop, trash all throughout the hallways and since the buildings are older there is a funky smell even outside too. I do see cleaners everyday but for some reason feel likes it’s not well maintained.. I fell gross walking around the complex and even to my unit. I know they are under a new management so I hope they can fix these things and make the place feel more at home.
Absolutely do not recommend. I do want to start off by saying that Savannah in the office is incredibly sweet and kind. This is one of my few positives of living here. She was really kind and helpful when I first moved in here. My first issue here is the noise. My next door neighbors partied every single weekend. I had to call security on them many times while living here, yet they would still continue to party, and nothing permanent was ever done to stop them, even though I notified the office so many times. I'm new and I haven't had the best experience a delivery man insulted me for wanting to enter my own parking lot and the entry control of people and security is not the best
