This place is what the definition of gross would be. Think of it like this. Do you like dirt? Are you ok with management not caring? How about Roaches? Yup, this is that place. For multiple months we have delt with roaches. Not 1 or 2, which is gross in itself but many a day. Now they will say we denied service but that's a lie. I moved into this building in July, and I already cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can leave. Here are the biggest issues: • Infestation problems: My unit has roaches, and the building also has bedbugs. That alone makes it feel unsafe and unlivable. • False expectations during move-in: During my tour, the front office staff walked through my apartment and wrote down eight issues they felt needed to be fixed.
