I have lived at The Century for the last three years and loved every second of it. Recita has always been receptive and helpful during my tenure here, and the staff has always been extremely responsive.
Zero star is what they deserve. I called to get a key fob activate for my Very ill uncle and the person was super rude and disrespectful. My uncle tried speaking with her and she was just nasty!! I wouldn’t recommend a dog to live at this place!!!
Nice place. Love the amenities, and the design and also the lady concierge on my visit on nov 3(black american lady with black hair) was very professional and attentive and warm. Her attitude is the right attitude everyone should have at employee level. I didnt got her name but wouldn't be surprised if she was the manager or person in charge and if shes not she deserves a raise and should be.
Recita was very helpful and easy to talk to as I went through my moving process! Great amenities, staff, and renovated apartments with in unit laundry, appliances, and other perks you can't find in many other places.
Update 1 year later: The apartment and building are beautiful, location is great. None of the same staff from leasing still work at this building. I’ve had a lot of issues with HVAC- the air conditioning is out most of the summer like a lot of older buildings in DC. The maintenance try to keep up but I think it’s a larger more expensive issue and not the unit. The winter is the same, no heat at some points, nothing a space heater didn’t fix.
