The team at the Centre are amazing. We have been attending the Centre as well as equine therapy for just over 12 months. The staff are super friendly and amazingly helpful and the Centre itself has a beautiful calming energy. Would highly recommend the services provided.
A wonderful place, such a calming and welcoming environment for parents and kids. I started off with the prenatal yoga with Jen and am continuing with the postnatal classes. A great way to keep moving, relax and meet other mums too. I've also had physio treatments here, massages with Eliza and a pre-parenting counselling session with Louise. Seeing the cute alpacas is a highlight of my visits! :)
