I went there to be seen for my shoulder. Severe arthritis. First time patient. I had a great experience. Everyone was courteous and thorough. Was in and out in about an hour and even got a shot that was needed too. Thanks for helping me feel less pain.
All I can say is,I have been going there for my son a long time. The front desk is awesome, staff n nurses are all great n I love ken berry he's the best.
My boyfriend had an appointment today after getting an MRI from his pcp. He has a torn rotator cuff. He's has been in massive pain. We waited weeks for the appointment, raced from 1 hour away after work. Made it on time except it wasn't clear it's on TJ Court. Not drive. We drove up and down and could not find the building, we were late. We walked in and the place was like a zoo. Then they refused to see him. I asked for a manager, there were none. Utterly appalling , twice now with different members of my family have we had to get second opinions on injuries.. warning to everyone get a second opinion because they don't have a clue, very unprofessional . And to think they have a business.
