I was forced to give this facility one star! Recently visited a family member at St Camillus in Syracuse New York. I was not impressed. The facility was run down. The rooms were small, no space to get around. Not the cleanest. The food was terrible. I was especially not impressed with the staff. Very unorganized.They were very rude. They all come off as nice but you can tell it was all fake. There was one particular CNA that stood out. Her name was Sara Foster. She was a little B****. Very rude.
