The Center Method (TCM) is a collaboration between client and therapist to identify personal patterns, distinguish between what works and what doesn’t, with the goal to gain control over emotions, body, and life. We use an integrative approach through the use of traditional and alternative modalities such as: attachment theory-based psychotherapy, family systems therapy, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), social and emotional learning (SEL), and mindfulness.

Great Place!
I love this place and the people. What a kind community. So many modalities under one roof instead of driving around in LA traffic. Truly committed to healing and wellness. Highly recommend!
I brought my son to a mindfulness group therapy session with Nicole-- and it helped his focus in school. He has already gotten a “Most Improved Student” award for his behavior and focus; and more is to come. I too was able to get acupuncture during this time – and I found great improvements in my productivity at work! The Center is one only place in Los Angeles that supports the entire family. So many times, parents are neglected, but this place recognizes the value of family wellness – as team work!
Nicole Moore is the best of her craft! I did hypnotherapy sessions with her a few years ago and had great results around self-care and my business. Within the last year, I started attending her bar/yoga/Pilates classes and she really is inspiring and teaches a great workout! She walks her talk with health and fitness.
