The ultrasound tech, Leigh, in Pensacola had very poor bedside manner during our visit. This was our first ultrasound to see our baby and we were extremely excited. She began by taking measurements and a few minutes into the scan my husband asked a simple question—whether what we were seeing was the baby’s head—but she did not respond. The staff is nice in person and ugly on the phone. I remember calling last year in hopes of making an appointment with Dr Inge and a rude lady pulled me up in the computer and told me “Well you haven’t been here since 2020 and you owe 400 and something dollars!! And I mean said it in a nasty way like I was somebody off the street that she didn’t like. That’s how it really made me feel. Cannot praise CRM enough! Without their team we wouldn’t have our precious little boy. We received top notch care from our initial visit to the day we were released to our primary OB to finish out our pregnancy. Dr K and his staff truly have a passion for the work they do and it shows!
