My wife and I worked with the Biloxi satellite office and the previous Mobile hospital located main office in 2023 and 2024. When you call to set an appointment the people are so rude! Customer service is nonexistent at this place.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at CRM From the very beginning, they treated me with compassion, patience, and genuine care during one of the most emotional journeys of my life. CRM Mobile AL location is great! Friendly staff! Always returns calls. Very helpful. Would recommend 10/10
Website states they have the most options for male factor infertility- called to schedule an appointment and was told they do nothing for men besides a semen analysis- false hope, false advertising, and false information. How hurtful for the men, when they’re not even considered.
