Dr. Lai is fantastic. She has a great way of dealing with a runner with injuries! She calmly describes the injury, process and plan to get back to running.
Dr Lai is an outstanding practitioner. She spent sufficient time with me to review my current situation and to carefully examine my feet and current orthotics. She then made some recommendations and made some adjustments to the orthotics and gave me some options for the future. It was a very productive and helpful visit.
