v.ery professional and accomdating great staff
Dr. Katherine Lai is a life saver!!! I had bunions + arthritis in one of my big toes. The solution that other doctors gave me was to fuse my toe. I heard very scary stories of people who had fused their toes, so for me that was not a solution at all!. Dr. Lai took her time with me, educated me and talked me through step by step on what she was going to do. Professional with details and process
My doctor was very good and she cured me. The only problem I had is with the short asian lady doctor who barged into the office while my doctor was doing work on my foot. She told my doctor "he needs to move to the other room" and started making noise and turning off and on the AC making it uncomfortable for both the doctor and me. She could be a great doctor but she has ZERO knowledge on patient-doctor relationship.
Have always appreciated the care from you over these more than 30 years!
