Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr took her time with evaluation and explained everything so I could understand. I would definitely recommend this office. Very happy my daughter found this Neurologist and her staff.
My daughter had her first visit yesterday with dr Garza and her whole staff was very sweet and helpful. She took alot of time with my daughter being it was her first visit, that is something I take to heart. I realize they are Doctors and most know what to do but she took the time to hear my daughter and talk to her plus help come up with better treatment. Two thumbs up!
Ive received the best care here, both with treatment and office staff. Everyone is polite and knows their job. Dr. Aimee is WONDERFUL and put me on the road to fet my life back!
I really feel comfortable and I've never had a long wait during my visits. The staff is very friendly. I've been a patient here for over a year and had to transfer here due to the horrible experience at another neurology clinic.
Third trip here and the staff has been very accommodating and friendly. Especially today when I wasn't prepared to pay for the test, just those copay.
The staff here are unprofessional. I spoke with the office manager, Frederick, regarding a matter only to receive an incredibly rude and hostile conversation. I asked to leave a message for my doctor regarding this interaction, but I was informed that would not happen. I was hung up on when I asked Frederick to pass me along to another staff member to get my message across.
