Don’t go here. I left today and got in my car and cried. Dr came in and immediately sat in his chair and then introduced himself from behind his computer.. Wasn’t even professional enough to shake hands or say his name before plopping down in his chair. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months to get Botox for my chronic migraines and while it’s been a struggle with my insurance there has been zero communication from them and ive had to reach out multiple times to get any kind of answer. No one is willing to call me back and they only communicate through text and AI. I’m currently finding a new neurologist. Very poor care and follow up from the staff. The Dr was nice.

I was referred to this ridiculous place from my PCP. Don’t walk but RUN from here. I’m a new MS patient. Just found out I have it. They NOT professional at all. Never been to a clinic that txt and handle business like they do. It’s hard to ever get them on the phone, they rather txt you. I found me a new doctor. I’m happy where I’m at now. I don’t understand why there are such low reviews here; this practice is fantastic! I have been a patient for 5 years and have always been treated with kindness and care. My specific medical needs have required a lot of trial and error and I have felt hope and encouragement from my providers all along the way. I highly recommend this practice and I love my PA, Kristie! She is outstanding!
