Be more upfront about cost. Not hide the fact that the Dr. and office manager are married. Learn to communicate with ppl better. Not wait till the day of an appointment to say you have a balance from a year ago. For going over the appointment time by 6min( witch cost $200 plus according to Frederick Lopez the office manager/husband). He is cold, heartless. Honestly glad we didn't meet Dr. Garza. This place changed ever since they took over.
I am going through a MS flare up and called to make an emergency appointment with Dr. Garza, after scheduling my appointment I was informed that I had to pay for a fee of 25.00 or 35.00 because its an emergency...In my history of having to deal with MS flare ups and scheduling emergency appointments I have never had an additional fee associated with that..needless to say you aren't informed that after you see Dr. Garza a couple of times you are passed on to see nurse practitioner. Its time to start looking for a new neurolog... read more
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Garza since 2011. She is such an amazing, attentive and caring person. If you need a neurologist, see her fur sure!!
