I was referred to this ridiculous place from my PCP. Don’t walk but RUN from here. I’m a new MS patient. Just found out I have it. They NOT professional at all. Never been to a clinic that txt and handle business like they do. It’s hard to ever get them on the phone, they rather txt you. I found me a new doctor. I’m happy where I’m at now. I don’t understand why there are such low reviews here; this practice is fantastic! I have been a patient for 5 years and have always been treated with kindness and care. My specific medical needs have required a lot of trial and error and I have felt hope and encouragement from my providers all along the way. I highly recommend this practice and I love my PA, Kristie! She is outstanding!
The doctor I have seen is kind which is why I gave them two stars and the office manager is nice, but the lady working the front desk is one of the rudest/meanest people I’ve met. I went in for a EEG today and was told it’d cost over 400 dollars. I then told her I couldn’t afford that and asked if I could just cancel my appointment. I just had a visit with Dr. James Francesconi and never have I felt more dismissed. I wanted to start off by explaining what led up to my symptoms as I felt that would give him the full picture and he responded with “asking questions is faster, I’ve been doing this for 20 plus years and I know what I’m doing”.
