The doctor I have seen is kind which is why I gave them two stars and the office manager is nice, but the lady working the front desk is one of the rudest/meanest people I’ve met. I went in for a EEG today and was told it’d cost over 400 dollars. I then told her I couldn’t afford that and asked if I could just cancel my appointment. The lady at the front answered rudely that they do provide those services and it’s covered under insurance at the fi... read more

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with the Center of Neurology. The registrar, Jennifer, displayed an unprofessional and condescending attitude throughout our conversation. Her tone was dismissive from the moment she answered the phone, and instead of helping resolve my concerns, she made the situation unnecessarily difficult. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused and abruptly hung up on me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable—especially in a medical setting where patients exp... read more
