I just listened to Dr. Moraczewski's talk and it was excellent as to presenting all of the facts regarding estrogen and nutrition. I loved his comment about exercise-- move outdoors instead of indoors. We have moved inside more. I had not realized that weight gain after 18 years is not so good. I know Dr. M. quite well as he is my brother and he has been a great help to me after my husband died as to thyroid hormone and stress. Great job as usual. Cherry Moracewski Boyd.
