6 years ago I walked into Dr. Kalidas’ office bedridden after hopping around from specialist to specialist not knowing why my body was falling apart so rapidly. Within 10 mins he accurately suspected what was wrong with me (which blood tests later confirmed) and started my treatment right away. Dr. Kalidas and his staff are amazing! Always friendly, always professional and always willing to go the extra mile! They have been very supportive by informing me and educating me about the root causes of the "symptoms" that I have been experiencing. Feeling much better. Truly thankful!
I have been a patient of Dr. K's since 2010 and have always left his office feeling hopeful and cared for! Dr. Kalidas and his staff are patient, professional, and truly listen to your concerns and needs. My favorite part about visiting his office is how much education I get from each visit. Dr. K takes the time to explain his approach and teach you about health. I've lived in Texas for 3.5 years, but will continue to travel to Orlando for appointments at the Center for Natural and Integrative Medicine.

Dr Kalidas has been my primary care physician for nearly 18 YEARS. Being a MD and ND, Dr Kalidas always picks the best prevention and treatments for me; sometimes we agree on Western medicine and at times we align on an alternative approach. This is true integrative medicine at its finest. I'm never restricted to what an insurance company looking out for their own best interest. I look and feel 20 years younger than my actual age.
If you want to be health this is the right place to start, I am already 3 years using and I do have much more disposition to live, to practice and sleep better too.
