I found my two stays at Shepard Pratt over the last 4 to 6 weeks to be very helpful in dealing with my mental health problems.
I interviewed for a position as a therapist for the Center for Eating Disorders and the interview seemed to go very well. Soon after the interview, I received a call with a verbal offer for the position and I gratefully accepted. That same day, I received an email requesting for two references to be sent electronically and I was happy to oblige. enjoyed my time there for the most part.. I felt safe and I enjoyed my time spent there. It was hard tho in many ways. The first three days are the hardest, but after that, it gets a lot better.
Do not go here. Do not send your children here. I have ptsd induced nightmares almost 3 years after my 3 week stay. It is torture.
