I will never recommend this place to anyone please try to stay away as much as possible i feel like i'v been scammed the charge me over $100 for the labor and they weren't able to fix my phone.
Guaranteed sim cards, but they do not work with 4g LTE for straight talk. On attempting to go in and refund they refuse. Read their sales slip carefully... And you will be surprised how many ways they will screw you. There was no notification prior to purchase that there is not refunds... Previously purchased 2 phones and they both lasted a good 60 days...
Never buy from The Cell Phone Guy! They did not inform me of the no return policy, and would not let me return a phone my 15 year old daughter bought one day later. Completely unethical!
AVOID AT ALL COST. JOSH H (SALES ID 41895) RIPPED OF MY 15 YEAR OLD SON. YOU CAN BUY A REFURBISH PHONE ON LINE CHEAPER THAN WHAT YOU WILL END UP PAYING HERE. WE PAID OVER $500 DOLLARS AND DON'T HAVE A CELL PHONE CHARGER TO SHOW FOR IT!! WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CELL PHONE HE STATED HE WOULD NOT GIVE HIM A REFUND AS STATED ON THE RECEIPT. WHEN ASKED WHY THIS INFORMATION WASN'T POINTED OUT TO US BEFORE SIGNING, HE STATED, "YOU DIDN'T ASK." WILL BE FILING A REPORT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTIONS.
Very good. We tried another repair shop they should they could not fix the charging port on my phone. They couldnt but The Cell Phone Guy could.
I had the worse experience with this repair shop. They didn't correctly estimate time of repair, instead it took twice as long as originally quoted. Because they grossly under estimate the time they did a shotty job to keep me from calling. The repair tech failed to fully secure the glass on screen that it eventually started collecting humidity and trapped air. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else or buy a new phone. I will never bring my phone there and I won't recommend this to fix anything.
If you want a place were the people are ever-ready to help you with such an enthusiastic, professional spirit... The cell phone guy is the place! :) they are phone-fixers and they are there to help out in the best way they can!!! I sent my iPhone there and it came back better!
I went in at 6:45 pm only 15 minutes before they closed. I was still able to get my iPhone 4s power button fixed before they closed. Amazing service.....I live out of town and these guys got it done in 15 minutes.
My daughter had a variety of issues with her iPhone 4S. We had a previous experience with another shop in town that was less than satisfactory. We decided to try The Cell Phone Guy. WOW! They knew their stuff and were able to explain it in a way that we understood the problems. They presented all the the options for repair and were courteous to boot! I hope my family does a better job of protecting their phones, but if something does happen I know that The Cell Phone Guy will be my next stop!
