Criminals!! Ripped off my college son and his friend!! BUYER BEWARE!! NEVER, NEVER do business with this place!! COMPLETELY took advantage of someone in desperate need! We were helping out my son’s friend to get a working phone. Gave my son a brand new, never used iPhone 5S 32 GB AT&T phone that we had and said, give it to your friend. They took it to this place to exchange it for one that would work with his friend’s Sprint provider. Horrible communication. I appreciated the effort in the beginning and their willingness to accommodate with my financial situation. Was originally quoted my broken phone returned after 3 business days. Went 3 whole weeks with no correspondence from them. I had to call twice to find out they shipped my phone to an out-of-state company, and then find out they got it back and I ended up having to buy a new phone. Which I would've done in the first place had they told me it was going to be so long. Would not recommend to anyone ... read more

Came in right away in the morning on a holiday of all days they got me in had my screen in stock and had it fix in a little over an hour! Which is beyond fantastic! Only missing a star due to the lady I first talked with refused to give me an estimated time it would be finish said they had no way to know... But they ended up still getting fixed incredibly fast! Would definitely recommend
This place went way above and beyond. Seemed to really really really know the ins and outs of cell phones. Not just another cell phone company. My cell phone SPOT from now on
Really went above and beyond for my son. Helped set up an icloud account for free. They also helped get autopay set up on my prepaid account. They sell tons and tons of prepaid sim cards!
People very nice but three trips back to the place and $300 later they were still unable to get my device working properly.
Took my phone in to get fixed. They "fixed" it. Took it home and had issues with it. Brought it back, the more they worked on it, the worse it got. Doesn't even turn on now. Asked him how that works. He told me, "that's electronics." Offered to take my phone in on trade so I could buy a$500 used phone. Nope. Then put parts in I didn't authorize and wanted me to pay for it. Nope. I would have been better off to walk to the bridge East of the store and throw my phone in the river. Never will I go there again. Worst experience ... read more
