I love this place! This is a small operation which allows for a more personal touch. I’ve been bringing my cat for almost three years and when I brought a new baby in my home I was able to get them both checked at the same time. That personalized approach makes the space feel really comfortable and familiar over time. I love that they specialize in cats and I don’t have to worry about dogs in the waiting room. They’re attentive and create a really sweet atmosphere. Love it here!
I’ve been taking my cat here for over a decade. Used to be great. Very mediocre and cold now.
The vets and staff are very attentive and gentle with their patients. They are caring and thorough and I will continue to bring my cat back.
These people are insane. They’ll charge for your cat’s meow if they can. The veterinarian I dealt with was delusional and very condescending. I went in to get my cat spayed, and she kept pushing vaccines, treatments, and BLOOD WORK for a kitten that is perfectly healthy. She put together a $900 treatment plan, and I still would have had to pay around $1,200 for the spay. Bananas!!! For context, I have a Bengal cat, and I have no problem paying for quality care. Friendly front desk staff, but the overall experience wasn’t for me. I came in to discuss a spay procedure for my kitten and was required to pay $110 for an exam beforehand. To be clear, the fee itself wasn’t the issue. My disappointment was that the actual reason for my visit—the spay procedure—was barely discussed.
