These people are insane. They’ll charge for your cat’s meow if they can. The veterinarian I dealt with was delusional and very condescending. I went in to get my cat spayed, and she kept pushing vaccines, treatments, and BLOOD WORK for a kitten that is perfectly healthy. Friendly front desk staff, but the overall experience wasn’t for me. I came in to discuss a spay procedure for my kitten and was required to pay $110 for an exam beforehand. To be clear, the fee itself wasn’t the issue. My disappointment was that the actual reason for my visit—the spay procedure—was barely discussed. the doctors here have taken very good care of my kitties for years
We’ve been seeing Dr Blair since 2019. She’s wonderful with our two boys. She’s seen us through a major illness (stomatitis) with one of our cats, and referred us out to a specialist to do a full mouth dental extraction. She’s extremely knowledgeable and provides measured medical advice (ie, I’ve never felt pressured or like they’re trying to bilk me for every possible up charge). Her team is extremely competent and kind.
