I love this hotel. This is my go to anytime that I am in Orlando. Christina at the front desk is exceptional. Christina goes above and beyond ensuring that my stay is always perfect, and it always is! Joe the bell man is also exceptional. He is a kind soul and is always so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Christina sold me a candle that I put in my restaurant Starr Ranch in Gallatin, TN. My patrons love it! Thank you so much! Very nice hotel. the decor is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and decorated well!
