RecommendedWow the staff was so helpful and very quick! Who wouldn't want to stay in a castle?? The downstairs was decorated like Santa's workshop..couldn't find the elves though. Overall the entire hotel was very clean and well tended to. I will say the rooms weren't as decorated as the lobby, but everything was clean in the room. Beds slept well and it was quiet while we slept. It was very nice that no-one knocked on the door in the morning. We had a late checkout, so that was a pleasant surprise. We are happily checking out of this hotel today. While a very cute place, the customer service is worse than awful. The cleaning lady never replenished coffee or toiletries. Hair remained on the floor of the bathroom for 3 days. My husband and I just sat down to breakfast and weren’t greeted for 10 minutes, so we just left. The front desk gave the wrong times for the managers reception (we are titanium elite) so we missed it. The front desk tried to charge parking even though we didn’t have a car here. Unbelievably bad. This place is great! I recently brought my family to Orlando and was really excited to stay in the Castle Hotel. As I like to say, your vacation doesn't end when you settle in for the night, so you might as well stay somewhere fun. So what's so great about it? Obviously, it's a freaking castle, so there's that.
