My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I loved the decoration and the chandeliers at the lobby. We had so much fun at the pool. We definitely will be back.
I gotten bed bugs from room #504 and I been calling a manager since I checked-out yesterday.& haven't heard back. I taken pictures of the infected bites and plan to go see my doctor once I return from.Disney tomorrow

Really enjoyed my stay at the Castle Hotel, the staff were super friendly and the room and facilities were great. I especially want to thank you Joe who is so friendly and helpful. I was going to the outlet mall and without even asking Joe provided me with a savings passport, which came in handy. Joe is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you for a great stay, really appreciate it.
Great hotel and the service was excellent. Joe the bellhop was very attentive. He asked if we were going to the parks and we said no we were just going to relax. I did mention that we were interested in the Orlando Eye and he gave us two coupons. I want to thank him because it saved us on the kids tickets. Thank you and I recommend this hotel if you want to be on International Drive near the Universal Studios area and next door to the Orlando Eye.
