We're here for a night away from Tampa and all our stresses. What a beautiful hotel and what a beautiful room. I never just want to lay in bed all day but I do here. Ahhhh!!!!! �
Staying here now and am so happy I am. I booked this hotel specifically because it reminded me of Harry Potter. Lol so happy it came with an excellent staff and room. I would stay here again without question.
Love this hotel. We stay here every year during the Hair show at the Orlando Convention Center and we stay again for our annual Christmas Party. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bellhop Moseby is so funny. He kept us laughing. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has an amazing time. We will continue to stay here!!!
My sister and I ended up here accidentally after an issue with our original hotel and we were very happy it lead us to the Castle Hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the room was great and all the staff we interacted with were amazing. Alex at the front was by far the best hotel employee I have ever come across. He was so attentive and was very friendly! He made a bad situation into a very pleasant experience. Will make this hotel our new place to stay!
Had a great night! Room was very nice, everything was very clean. Loved the atmosphere and the staff was very nice! Special thanks to Alex for making our anniversary special!
I want to say, your staff was amazing.... But one fella provided the best customer service, I have ever experienced. He went beyond his required service every time. He radiates positivity. His smile is infectious. This man needs to be the face of your hotel. Mr. Alex Mosby!!!! He made us feel at home!!!!
