RecommendedAbsolutely love living here! The Avalon team helped make the adjustment to the jersey shore very easy, top notch staff and the friendliest maintenance team I've ever encountered . Very pet friendly! Highly recommend!
I've lived here the past year and I had nothing but a wonderful experience! The leasing office/ management are so friendly and accommodating. The maintenance men are always there to help you! The community is clean and super dog friendly which is why I decided to live here :) Thank you!
Friendly, safe living environment. Pet friendly and lots of delightful kids cheering up the grounds. Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Plus, location is very closed to Garden State Parkway and Route 18.

This has been an awesome community from our first visit up until now as new residents! We love everything about it and look forward to our stay here. The customer service is exceptional and maintenance is fast! I love the cleanliness and amenities.
