I met with Jennifer Bradley for my psych med management, and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable enough to really open up, and she truly listened to me like a friend. I felt heard and supported the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, effective care.
I called and there is this guy with a Indian accent that makes it so hard to book an appointment, this guys customer service is so bad when we figure out a day and time he said are you in-person or virtual and then he said “there is no availability” then he starts mumbling and started saying “16 September Monday” sept16th is a Tuesday btw. It’s so hard to get a simple answer without them making things a lot more complicated. It shouldn’t be this hard to see a psychiatrist…
