Dianne is amazing to work with. She is super accommodating, set up an initial meeting promptly in my home and helped us figure out which carpet was the best for our basement based on our needs. Once we got things worked out with insurance - Dianne got the carpet ordered immediately and her team got the install scheduled very quickly. The install team was great - never did i expect it to go so smoothly without a single hiccup. We love our new carpet and highly recommend Dianne and her team at Carpet Girl :)
