While this review is quite overdue, I'm happy to report that almost 2 years after installation, we are still loving our stair runner! The process of picking a rug and getting ideas from Dianne was really great for me as I'm pretty indecisive and didn't really know what I wanted when I contacted her. The big takeaways from our rug are a soft feeling underfoot, a safer experience for our small children and elderly dog, and a quieter staircase for our old squeeky steps! I definitely recommend The Carpet Girl!
Carpet stair runner looks awesome! We would not have trusted another company with the complicated custom installation. The owners of the company stand by their product and are knowledgeable. The installers were on time, very nice, respectful and professional. Highly recommend The Carpet Girl.
I could not say more wonderful things about our experience with the Carpet Girl. Being a pretty indecisive person about big decisions like this I was very nervous about picking the wrong runner. Josh was great about recommending patterns and options that would go with the colors in our home. He had previously come to measure so he knew the look we were going for. Our carpet was ordered and installed within a week. Josh and Jennifer were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning consult we know they were going to get the job done and at a very reasonable price. They understood our timelines and were great to work with.
