I love my new carpet and wood that the carpet company installed for me. When the gentleman measured my home he explained how they were going to do it, and he called me a couple days later to ask when I would like to get it done. I did not imagine my new floors would look this great. Honestly I could not ask for better service when it comes to big projects like this.
Poor service, rude owner. He did not have staff, supplies or the ability to speak English. The office girl was rude, unorganized and lazy. Thank goodness for the gentleman that showed up the actually install the carpet but he was from Kansas City. I suggest trying another company.
