I would put 10 stars if I could. As a first time home buyer the process of getting a loan was very daunting... we were recommended to Kim at C2 and it was one of the best decisions we made to work with her. We felt like we had to pinch ourselves because she and C2 made the process so easy and understandable. Please do yourself a favor and call C2, even if you are on the fence or just have questions. Can't say enough good things about working with her and C2.
Kim was incredible! She was able to walk us through the whole home buying experience and help to explain all my various options. She was very knowledgeable about my VA Loan and all the nuisances involved there. She has continued to assist us even well after the closing of our home buying experience. She has helped answer every question I have had and was constantly advocating for us. I am honestly not sure if my wife and I would be a homeowner without Kim's help. I could not recommend her and her team more.

We have worked with Kim multiple times over the years for both home purchase loans and refinances, having been originally recommended to her by our real estate agent Lauren Empey (also a dream!).
