Mr. Carl and Mr. Jon are the most helpful people I've ever worked with. They are managing my properties and helped me buying a house as well and they made the process as easy as it can get. Very nice and honest people and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy, or looking for a property manager.
Karl is the type of Realtor who has the concerns of his clients at heart. He comes in your home and explains all the pros and cons of his contract with you. He can even give you the approximate length of time that it will take to sell your home. I am well satisfied with the job that he did for me.
