I've contacted about a specific property several times over the last two weeks. No reply.

I have had about 60 inquiries on this rental. I start from the first one that comes in and work my way down. I did speak with Samantha over the phone. I informed her that I already rented it to another tenant that inquired about my rental before her. Samantha Then got upset and wrote this review.
The whole selling process was smooth and much easier than expected! Carl was highly communicative every step of the way which was very much appreciated!
Working with Carl Anderson and staff was a great team to work. They were always available for help with looking and the final sell. I would use them again and recommend them to any further buyers.
Throughout our entire 14 month lease, Carl was hard to deal with, wouldn’t return calls until days later, and only fixed one maintanence issue even though we sent 4 or more requests. Moved into our house on 4March2017 and immediately told Carl that our back door lock was broken. He gave us the run around for our entire lease until I was finally fed up with dealing with him and ready to break the lease.
